Welding & Fabrication
Overview
MIG and TIG Welding for Weldments and Assemblies
Keystone Industries welds and fabricates in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We build weldments from your drawings or from a part you bring in, covering tube and flange joints, structural frames, mixer and agitator weldments, mounting plates and brackets. Because the welding bay sits alongside the lathes, the CNC mill and the waterjet, a part can be cut, machined, welded and finished without leaving the building.

Why Choose Keystone for Welding & Fabrication
- Cut, Machined, and Welded in One Shop – Waterjet and plasma cutting, machining, and welding under one roof, so parts never ship between vendors.

Welding & Fabrication FAQs
Carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Tell us the alloy and thickness when you send the job and we will confirm the process before we start.
Yes. Send drawings, a DXF, or a STEP file if you have them. If you only have the part, bring it in and we will measure it and model it in SolidWorks.
Yes. Our waterjet cuts to 5 ft x 10 ft in material up to 6 in thick, and our plasma table cuts to 4 ft x 8 ft in mild steel up to 1 in. Parts reach the welding bay already square and to size.
Yes. We modify and repair equipment that is already in service, including cracked frames, worn mounting points, and components that need a section replaced.
Yes. We run manual lathes and mills plus a Chevalier 2443 vertical machining center holding tolerances to ±0.001 in, so bores and faces can be finished after the weldment is complete.
Send drawings or photos through our quote form with the material, quantity, and the date you need it. We will come back with pricing and a lead time.
