Pneumatic Mixer Lift Stand
Pneumatic Mixer Lift Stand
Carriage and arm for a pneumatic lift stand rated for Class I Division 1 service. Fabricated in house, test assembled with the customer’s mixer and control station, then powder coated before shipment.
Agitator Shaft and Impeller Assembly
Agitator Shaft and Impeller Assembly
Replacement agitator shaft, about 131 in. long and 360 lb, with two 40 in. four-blade impellers. Blades are 3/8 in. thick, welded to bored and keyed hubs, then balanced as an assembly.
Waterjet-Cut Equipment Plate
Waterjet-Cut Equipment Plate
Stainless plate cut on the waterjet for a robot stand, with pockets, mounting holes and locating features. Cut, finished and inspected in house.

Welded Mixing Impeller
Four-blade mixing impeller for an industrial mixer. Blades and hub cut, fit and welded in house, then finished for service in a chemical process tank.
Mix Tank Lid
Mix Tank Lid
Nine-foot tank lid in 1/4 in. 304 stainless, with a hinged manway, a 2 in. flange, channel agitator supports and a rolled angle ring. Built to replace the original lid on a chemical blend tank and installed on site.

Pipe sleeve shaft guard in 3 in. OD schedule 10 304 stainless, welded to a mounting flange and supplied with the lift stand above.

Machined Aluminum Equipment Panels
Aluminum panels milled to a stepped profile with bored openings, counterbored fasteners and tapped mounting holes. Machined from plate, deburred and inspected in house.
Drilled Plate with Layout Patterns
Drilled Plate with Layout Patterns
Aluminum plate drilled to a multi-pattern layout, including hole patterns that form part and position callouts. Through holes and tapped holes on a single setup.
